Pros: The apartment is brand new , clean and comfortable, have everything you need , complete kitchen, comfort bed and amazing shower . The communication with them was perfect .Also is located only a few minutes walk from the beach , restaurants and bars .

Great stay and value for money. Not as close to the beach as we needed.
Pros: Communication with the host was superb amd they allowed early check in at no extra cost. The places was as described and clean. It was great for a family of 4 and a grandparent. Beds were comfy, there was a washing machine and there is a private pool which the kids loved. Overall, great stay and certainly recommended for a longer stay at Karon Beach.
Cons: The distance to the beach, while sounds close at 650m, requires navigation via a busy road and a busy street. The beach at the end of that road is gorgeous. It is probably suitable for adults but with young kids we found it is easier to stay as close to the beach as possible, and in a beachfront property, if possible. One shower was also a bit temperamental with hot water and flow strength, but nothing to stop is from using it.

Cons: the air condition is directly blow the wind to the bed, which is too cold.

Pros: Clean, big space, good amenities, location was perfect short stroll to bottom with good restaurant's, shops, massage places and beach. Staff are suoer helpful.and great communication over what's app for entry into.building etc. Note its not a hotel.and part of a residential building.

The perfect must stay place in phuket 100%
Pros: If you want a dubai standard apartment then this is your place. Everything about the stay is just perfect for families. Everything you need and more is in the apartment. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever tried in thailand. Location, cleaness, quick responsive staff must be mentioned too.
Cons: Electricity went down for few hours but not the apartment company's fault

Pros: The residence is located near Karon Beach. The way to the beach will take around 15 minutes. Near the residence, you can find a lot of cafes and restaurants, massage salons, and small grocery shops. The residence itself is perfect. The new flat with private pool. The management was always on call. So we didn't have any issues. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: If you're going to choose Karon for your stay in Phuket, this is a great choice. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach (about a 10-15 minute walk). Care has been taken to decorate and furnish the apartment, and there are lots of little touches that were helpful and appreciated: travel-size toiletries, washing machine and detergent, coffee and tea, and a huge pack of water. The pool is divine, and made a great place to retreat to at the end of the day to unwind after spending time on the beach. The real star of the show though was the host: they were lightning-fast with responses, checked in on us, and offered helpful suggestions. We were there meeting friends who were also staying in the Veloche complex and they were envious of this place in comparison to theirs.
Cons: Honestly, the only thing would be the distance from the beach, but this was not a problem for us as we are mobile and enjoy a walk.

Pros: We had a wonderful three weeks. The apartment is very well located. There is no noise from cafes and restaurants, while the distance to the sea is only 900 meters. There are no traffic jams and the traffic is quite low. Free parking for a car or scooter, security. The apartment has everything you need - a kitchen with dishes, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a private small pool, many built-in wardrobes, an iron, a safe. Cleanliness and linen change are maintained. The host is very friendly and helpful. We really liked it. We recommend this facility to all travelers. To make it easier to find, look for the Velochi Pine building, Kata rd karon beach
