Pros: Very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment. Everything was great.

Cons: Two minor things. - You should be prepared to walk a little uphill. It is not a problem, just keep it in mind. - Conditioner working loud and too powerful even on the lower fan speed.

Хорошо, но кондиционер немного портил впечатления от сна.

Pros: По общему впечатлению хочется сказать, что апартаменты нам понравились. Процедура заселения оказалась удобной и очень быстрой, предварительно администратор подробно проконсультировала по ее порядку. Апартаменты очень хорошо укомплектованы техникой и посудой. Можно жить долго, всего будет хватать. Свежий ремонт, все чисто, большой телевизор и балкон.

Cons: Из минусов хочется отметить кондиционер. Он работает с очень сильным шумом даже на самой низкой мощности. Дует очень сильно, толком не регулируется и нет возможности сделать так, чтобы он не дул в кровать. Кондиционер слишком большой и старый для такой квартиры, за отпуск один рал ломался, из него текла вода в комнату. Пару раз видели тараканов. Неудобный держатель для лейки в душе, в итоге душ принимать не очень комфортно. В целом это все мелочи, но они оказывают влияние на общее ощущение от проживания. Для кого то это будет не критично, но кому то может мешать.

Прекрасное кондо для жизни/работы на Кароне.

Pros: Очень просторный номер с мебелью от ИКЕА в светлых тонах. Хорошая большая кровать, удобная маленькая кухня (без духовки), телевизор, два стола (туалетный и обеденный), два дивана очень удобных, кондиционер. Балкон с видом на горы и поющими по утрам и вечерам цикадами. Вид потрясающий. Очень приветливый персонал/хозяйка при заселении и решении любых вопросов в процессе. Великолепное расположение относительно моря, рынка, кафе, небольших магазинов 7/11. Прекрасное место для работы/отдыха на Пхукете на длительный срок.

Cons: Высоковата цена, старая сантехника, туалет с прозрачным стеклом и сломанной шторкой (не критично). Далеко до всех больших магазинов если нет своего транспорта, но это в целом проблема Пхукета.
