Pros: Excellent price-quality ratio, good neighborhood, hospitable host. all appliances are working, quiet neighbors

Great pleace

Pros: Clean, quite new, well equipped…basically it has everything you need. Roof terrace and pool also great..little but well equipped gym. I did like a location a lot however it’s subjective… Its 15 min walk to Karon beach and 30 to Kata.. Small restaurants near the house on main road are amazing, cheap and very convenient. There is also a spot for motorcycle or car in a car park. Definitely would come again!

Cons: Again very subjective…I had no problem with anything. Just the way from the main road is proper steep. So would recommend scooter or taxi for older people or for ones with not great mobility. Also..it has no reception..as its condo house..each condo privately owned by someone else..Communication via app..no problems at all. Each owner will ask for deposit 3-5k and also will bill you for a water and electricity at the end of the stay. Nothing expensive… Thats the only thing I can think of.

Great comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: The apartment was located in a great area of Karon Beach. It is a good bike ride to the local beaches, but grocery shop's and food cafes and stall's are very handy. Did have two things happen in the apartment that needed fixing, but the Host was brilliant and got them sorted immediatly. The communication with the Host was also excellent, with collecting of keys and security tags etc. The property has an excellent pool and gym, and is kept in a very clean state by the property managers. A bonus of a night security guard, gives you peace of mind for your vechicles. The apartment itself is very well set up for guests for self cooking etc. We had a great stay and would stay here again if available when we return to Kata Beach.

Cons: We had a complex black out one evening for approximatly 6hrs. Thats not the complex's fault.

Pros: Расположение достаточно комфортное. До пляжа 8-10 минут пешком. Магазины тоже в шаговой доступности. Студия небольшая, но достаточно функциональная.

Cons: Слабый напор воды. Постоянно присутствует запах канализации. Но это достаточно частое явление в кондо на Пхукете. Нет стиральной и посудомоечной машины. Посуда, и все аксессуары нуждаются в срочной замене.

В целом все было супер!

Pros: Очень чисто, уютно. Посуда, полотенца, гель и шампунь все было в наличии. Кондиционер. Внимательный и вежливый хозяин. Бассейн на верху - небольшой, но было приятно окунутся вечером.

Cons: Немного далековато до пляжа и сильный подъем в гору, но это не минусы а скорее небольшие неудобства.

Pros: Stedet har en fremragende udsigt samt en dejlig pool på 6. Etage. Stort dejligt køleskab, fin seng og gode siddeforhold.

Cons: Toiletsædet sidder løst og toiletbørsten trængte til at blive udskiftet. Der manglede en ganske almindelig kniv til at smørre med. Et lille bord på balkonen havde været rigtigt godt

Pros: Понравилось все. Квартира очень уютная, парковка весь день в тени, все квартиры с видом на море. До дома есть подъем в горку, мы брали мопед( было удобно), может быть пешком будет кому-то сложно. Небольшой минус в плите, работает ооочень медленно и на готовку чего-то сложного уйдёт много времени, мы почти не готовили, хорошо рядом есть рынок в Кате где вкусно и недорого готовят. Хозяин очень добрый и внимательный, если есть какие-то вопросы смело можно задавать. Недалеко в пешей доступности магазин Макро, суперчип, 7/11.

Pros: Апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Хозяин молодец, оперативно решает проблемы (сломался чайник, привёз новый).

Cons: с открытыми дверями балкона не отдохнёшь-шум от дороги.
