Home away from home- short walk from the beach

Pros: The cleanliness of the property and especially the room was my highlight. A fairly large sized homely room with a fridge, electric kettle, and cupboard, and a spacious bathroom. The location also worked very well- close walk to the beach, a 7/11, and restaurants and massage centres all around.

Cons: The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable on one side but the owner was kind enough to rectify the issue with a topper immediately. The only other thing I could really think about is shower curtains in the bath area so as to not have water splash all around the wash area.

Pros: Sasha was a great host, we arrived early in the morning, and he checked us in way before the check-in time. The house keeping gird did a great job also.

Great place in low price

Pros: Spacious and clean room, we had enough storage and also a fridge and a safe that were very useful. Location was perfect for us, 3 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk from Kata walking street. Also it was very quiet area. Don’t expect anything fancy, for the low price you pay the room has every thing you are going to need.

Cons: Can’t think about anything

Pros: An amazing place to stay! Everything was perfectly clean and very quiet, with the sea just nearby and all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance. Special thanks to Sasha — he was always in touch, solved any questions very quickly, and truly cared about our comfort. We had the feeling that we were not just guests, but part of a family, as if we came home and were genuinely looked after. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

I recommend this place.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. If I come back to Phuket I just know where I will stay for sure.

Pros: Location was spot on and the host and staff couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only part to let down was the shower when on full would go onto the floor by the sink. Only a minor issue can get around easily.

Pros: We have stayed there before as it is well situated clean and friendly, but if you have a car parking can be a problem

Pros: Hostess was amazing. Place was super clean, 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minute walk from a 7/11. Working airco :). Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Pros: The location was ideal, so close to the beach and all the central area. The rooms were spacious and clean and private

Very comfortable

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is both quiet and central, which made it easy to relax while still being close to everything. The host was very responsive and always available when needed. The room was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the little touches provided to make our stay easier, like the beach mats. I felt at ease and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation!
