Oceana Sea View - Kamala Beach

A great Kamala Beach accommodation

Pros: Room was very comfortable, quiet and with a great view overlooking the ocean and Kamala Beach. AC worked well. My request for a top soft mattress was organized without delay.

Cons: There was a smell or bad odor in the bathroom which required attention with spray. Also, for the 9 days I stayed there was no cleaning organized in the room. Outside in the common areas there appeared to be no organized cleaning with pool garbage uncollected for up to 2-3 days.

The best ever in Phuket

Pros: this is the best place to stay in Phuket ever, especially good for families, there’s one stunning swimming pool on the second floor and two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor, location is also good, u can go outside to eat and shopping by walk.

Cons: staff may replied ur message slowly, u need to leave a message earlier as they may reply in an hour or few hours later. But the quality of the room covered everything.

Alles war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Ich würde gerne nochmal eine Unterkunft dort buchen! Sehr empfehlenswert :)!!

Pros: Place is awesome.. U wish u have place like this.. Bed and full equip. But people can see you from other buildings so always curtain cover up the bedroom. Another issue is the parking.. Very stiff parking. Be careful. But many parking around. I book this place even bad issues from the previous guest. But overall I like the high end place. If you not snob then this is your place. Owner do not speak English but always chatting in WhatsApp. Many local food here nearby. I give 8

Pros: Sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Küche ist sperrlich eingerichtet, aber alles da was man braucht. Grossen Kühlschrank

Cons: Trotz Fahrstuhl musste man noch 2 Schrägen gehen. Allerdings nur in Block A

Pros: 在这里住了2周，多么漂亮的公寓。 和照片上看起来一样，景色迷人。 地理位置优越，有摩托车，我肯定会推荐，或者步行约5分钟即可抵达主干道。 无线网络强大且快速，允许X2人同时工作，视频通话无需担心。 唯一的缺点是断电持续了大约2个小时，影响了整个区域（特别与公寓无关） - Huan在整个过程中都很及时回复。 我强烈推荐这个地方！

Pros: Красивый вид из окна на море, чистота, бассейн. есть собственная кухня, но маловато места, также быстрый интернет

Cons: Долго добираться до номера, если будете с детьми(колясками) или вы пожилая пара - учтите этот момент. Кондиционеры нужно чистить, при включении в зале один кондиционер подтекал, в спальне при включении пахло то ли сыростью, то ли плесенью. Было всего 4 больших полотенца. Лицо приходилось вытирать тем полотенцем, которым мы вытирали и тело, и ноги, и руки при готовке. 2 цветных полотенца были в каких то пятнах, вроде бы и порошком стиральным пахнут, а все равно как то неприятно. Использовали их для похода на пляж и к бассейну. Шторы бы отдать в химчистку, т.к. были большие пятна.
