Pros: Абсолютно новый комплекс, не очень большой. Пока не полностью заселен, место у бассейна практически всегда было доступно и на парковке тоже всегда были места. Отличное, на наш взгляд, месторасположение. Рядом построили новый большой 7-Eleven (100 метров). До лагуны с ресторанами/магазинами/рынком тоже очень близко и есть тротуар. Ходили с коляской каждый вечер. До моря пешком далековато (около 20 минут). Довольно строгая охрана, просто так с улицы не зайти.
