Pros: I went to the rooftop to see the view, but the door was locked when I tried to get inside the building, which was a big problem, but the staff came and helped me out. I would have gotten dehydrated if I had stayed there a little longer.

Cons: I was in trouble because they didn't let me store my luggage after check-out.reglesh

Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment, great location, great management

Pros: Location was perfect in a quiet area with beautiful views, apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable, stylish, hosts were doing great welcoming us and bringing an extra blanket for my son upon request.

Cons: I thought I booked with a hotel (Cassia Residences) but I just found out upon arrival that I booked directly with the owner of the apartment. The 5000 baht deposit caught me off guard, I felt really awkward not having it ready for them, but it was only written with tiny letters at the bottom of my confirmation email. I didn’t like that part, but they came back next day to collect it after I had a chance to get out to an ATM. It was all sorted, but I like to be prepared

Pros: Отличные апартаменты в Лагуне с шикарным видом на озеро и море. Очень комфортно общаться с управляющей компанией по всем вопросам, все решают быстро и оперативно. Рекомендую

Pros: Каждый год останавливаюсь в Cassia , только разные аппараты - но они тут стандартные. Одно из лучших мест -пляж свой в лежаками среди деревьев, ходят лодочки до пляжа, либо дойти минут 10. До порте минут 20 пешком. В этих аппартах прекрасный вид из окна на озеро . По запросу предоставили второй комплект постельного, диван был сразу заправлен для ребенка . За что большое спасибо . Ключи оперативно получила ( эти аппарты к ресепшн отношения не имеют, частные)

Cons: Сковородки, доски для кухни не пригодны для использования. При бронировании нигде не увидела на сайте , что электричество оплачивается отдельно . Прислали потом письмо. Не критично, но приходят и надо найти наличные для оплаты Выезд был в указан 11 и даже запрос на плюс час не смогли удовлетворить.
