First time in Phuket and loved this place

Pros: The unit being on the 7 th floor is quieter.It is a functional apartment with everything you can ask for and it makes your holiday a pleasant stay and would use it.again .It is located in the middle of restaurant and supermarkets and close by bang Tao beach.

Cons: The other guests can be noisy sometimes if you want to learn Russian this area is not short of .

Pros: Perfect apartment. I loved it. Had everything for a good stay. Comfy bed. Great location, right in amongst it all but quiet also. Host was helpful, everything clear and easy. Gym in the building good enough for a workout.

Perfect apartment for solo or small family.

Pros: Just spent 3 months in this apartment and felt sad leaving as it had become home for me. It’s on the top floor (7th) at the end of the block so you don’t hear a sound. You can also sit out on the balcony without the worry of being eaten alive as mozzies don’t come so far up. It had everything I needed to cook basic meals half the time. The other half I ate out. Location wise you can’t get any more central - it’s bang in the middle of where it’s all happening. At first I didn’t think there was much in the area but there’s a lot to keep you going. Bed is comfy. Shower is spacious and strong. Sofa turns into a bed, a decent quality one too by what I could see. I reached out to the owner a couple of times for help and advise and got answers very quickly.

Cons: Gym room has got basic stuff. Folk open windows and let mozzies in. I stayed during raining season so lots of mozzies in the car park. If i didn’t have deet on I’d have multiple bites just parking up. Free parking space 90% of the time. Easy to find an alternative close by if it was full.

great location, cozy apartment!

Pros: Very cozy and clean apartments. I really liked the location. View from the window of the mountains and greenery. Quiet at night, you can't hear the neighbors. It is located on Boat Avenue. Everything is within walking distance. Host Rosemary is always in touch and helps to solve any problems. Next time I will stay here again.

Pros: Ideal for long stay for 2 people, pretty good for 3 people. A lot of restaurants, shops, coffee shops and exchange. Swimming pool makes your stay comfortable. Great host, ready to help you.

Cons: Sleeping on couch may be a little bit uncomfortable

Lovely stay, the apparentment was perfect for our needs. It would be great if the pool and gym were cleaned more to make

Pros: Great location and a good size for what we needed. Rosemary was a brilliant host. Great kitchen facilities to cook if we wanted. Huge fridge and washing machine to wash clothes.

Cons: The condo has a lot of people smoking weed and the swimming pool was very dirty and has a very strong chlorine level to compensate for the dirt.

Good place to enjoy Phuket

Pros: The location is perfect. The host is always attentive and responsive. The apartment had everything you needed, even down to the smallest details.

Cons: Nothing.

We had excellent time. Host ws supper helpful and responsive.

Pros: Location was great, easy access to town & beach.

Pros: Host super responsive, very handy little apartment that’s comfortable and just a short drive from beach
