Laguna Beachside residences apartamens

Pros: We had a great stay at Laguna Beachside Residences. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment, which was comfortable and well-equipped. The building itself is fantastic, especially the amazing rooftop pool! The location is also very convenient, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away that offers plenty of excellent restaurants. The service from the rental management team was top-notch.

Cons: Itis worth noting that the immediate surrounding area is still under development, so there is quite a bit of construction going on nearby. Despite this, everything went smoothly and we highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Everythink is perfect, but location is the best think about it, everythink is so close!

Pros: The check-in process was explained properly. We were able to fetch the keys without any trouble, just followed the instructions received from the host. The location is perfect if you want to chill at the beach. There are several restaurants & bars nearby, and one can also find supermarkets to buy daily groceries. The accommodation has a great roof top with sitting spaces, pool and a small garden. Lastly, the host (Bunny) was really helpful with all our questions and provided the best support.

A lovely new apartment close to the beach and excellent beach clubs.

Pros: Close to the beach and super clean. Very private and well appointed. The rooftop pool was excellent in terms of the size, view and privacy.

Pros: The location is good. Great swimming pool on the room. The property is very nice but the surrounding area is being developed. Obviously it will be better when that is completed.

The best discovery in Phuket

Pros: Friendly staff and a lovely manager. The apartment is very modern and well-equipped (the Aqara smart lock was a pleasant surprise). Everything was spotless, with plenty of towels and lots of small but very useful essentials. There’s a free shuttle to the entrance of the complex where the 7/11 is located. The beach, cafes, and bars are all close by.

Cons: Honestly, can’t find a single flaw

Pros: Spacious 3 bed apartment with 3 shower rooms. Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Helpful staff and security guards - great security throughout complex Useful shuttle bus to go into town Gym pretty well equipped Beautiful roof top pool and jacuzzis plus playground and outside gym area Under 10 mins walk to beach through hotel next door Saii Laguna Close to lovely beach restaurants, horse riding, bars I loved sitting on the swing enjoying the waves Also 15 mins walk to Bang Tao MMA gym Really lovely upmarket part of Phuket. Great for families who don’t want the crazy nightlife of Patong Beach Still easy to go on Phi Phi island tour and famous Naka night market

Cons: The pool needs better notices as one needs to go through a fire exit and up a flight of stairs - I advised the Management team they needed better notices The actual building is quite ugly architecturally but the accommodation is excellent so don’t be put off Very little shade around the pool The building has construction all around it. We were fine because we requested a room away from the noise and dust. So it was quiet on the ground floor but we had no view

It is suitable for family to stay
