Pros: Very nice, well equipped studio Kind and responsive owner Great pool for swimming laps and smaller pool on roof with nice view

Cons: A little small for 2 people but there's a lot of storage space. Very hard bed like all of Thailand Wish we could have stayed longer

Nice place to stay, great host – highly recommended

Pros: Almost everything inside the room/inside this condo-building is new and modern. Big own parking area. The housing is located away from the road. A lot of groceries and nice cafes nearby. Responsive host, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Cons: Sound isolation can be an issue for a sensitive person. I could hear voices from the next room during the day, sounds from neighbors in the hallway at night, and outside the window there was something like a warehouse, from which loud sounds sometimes came. It would be great to see free cleaning according to the stated price.

Cleand and modern apartment with great facilities

Pros: I stayed 2-3 months. Modern and clean condo with great location. Two swimming pools and gym was a big plus. Room was good and the kitchen has all the necessary things you need. Good for longer staying. Cleaning staff was friendly, and cleaning level was excellent. Also the young security guy was nice and always smiling. Overall the experience was good and could come again.

Cons: Communication with the host was sometimes a bit difficult, so that could have been better. Sound isolation is really poor so take your earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Gym is open only until 9pm, should be until 10 or 11 pm. Price is high so the cleaning should include in the price. In Chalong area there is many good hotel / condos with much more lower price including the cleaning once / twice per week.

Little gem

Pros: The apartment was modern and spotless. The location, especially for me as my head office was literally around the corner, was absolutely perfect. There was an operational kitchenette, and a balcony with a view that was mostly of greenery. The area is set back from the busy main road so it was reasonably quiet. The bed was comfortable and large . Loved the smart TV, and was easily able to connect to my personal accounts on Netflix and YouTube to watch my favourite things. Fabulous little rooftop pool which was right in front of the door to the apartment. There is very easy access to the mall in front with a nice supermarket and on the other side, a Family Mart and Wan's Coffee shop. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: I should have checked my booking messages as the owner lives quite a distance away and there was a lag getting the key. Not a drama though because reception let me store my bags and I went to the nearby supermarket to get some groceries. I also should have asked for some guidance on getting the hot water to work. Again as it was so hot out, it was absolutely not a drama for me. Oh, and the lovely modern AC unit has a very bright illuminated LED which lit up the room. As a person that needs pitch black to sleep that was a challenge.

Pros: Все понравилось, вайфай с хорошей скоростью, расположение отличное, рядом есть хорошие кофейни, где мы часто кушали, есть прачечная напротив. Все в шаговой доступности. Хозяин всегда на связи, было комфортное общаться.

Cons: Из минусов, мы отдыхали на январские праздники, и часто компании отдыхали у бассейна на крыше до поздней ночи.

Piacevole e confortevole

Pros: Ottimo miniappartamento dotato dei necessari confort situato in condominio ben strutturato e gestito. A disposizione parcheggio, piscine e palestra. Posizione favorevole per la vicinanza di centro commerciale e come snodo per raggiungere i luoghi più interessanti di Phuket

Pros: Es war alles neu und sauber, der Pool hatte einen tollen Ausblick.
