Pros: Great value for the price! The apartment is just a short walk from Surin Beach, which we think is one of the best—very clean water and a beautiful setting. The apartment itself was clean enough, though the kitchen area felt a bit old, and some plates and knives were not perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked well, and there’s a new washing machine, which was a plus. I rate it 8/10 because, for a perfect 10, everything should be flawless. But for this price, it’s a very good choice!”

OK stay.

Pros: It looked very modern. The rooms were well equipped.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was quite slow and the air conditioning didn’t work properly in one of the rooms we booked. Also the glazing on the pool tiles are in poor condition. I rubbed my hands over one of them and got a minor cut in my finger. It’s quite hard to communicate this with reception with the language barrier.

Great place to stay in Phuket for calm and relaxed holiday

Pros: Beautiful room, well maintained, very clean and modern. Good facilities, pool upstairs is beautiful with amazing views of Bao Tang bay. Decent gym. Washing machine in room was a bonus.

Cons: The price - it’s already expensive and then an electricity fee is put on top! Never experienced this before in Thailand!

Good area and nice accommodation, not an hotel experience

Pros: room’s are big and have nice view. The pool and gym are great . The parking is very convenient

Cons: You’ll need to pay for the electricity bill. 8 bht for kwh so extra money that you know about only after reservation. And no towel’s change etc

Pros: Excellent apartments and fully equipped, all you need is there

Cons: Wish there were more towels and more cleaning tools as the apartment can get dirty easily

Great condo for short-term stay

Pros: Perfect stay if you are training Muay Thai at Sutai training camp. Very convenient that a washing machine is in the balcony. Would have loved a bigger drying rack but still quite fine with the one provided.

Cons: The electricity costs are quite high for Thai standards. Would be nice to be provided the pin of the safe during check-in. Only one card was provided, which is needed to power the electricity inside. This means that when you go outside, you won't have electricity for charging equipment or running the washing machine. A workaround is to use any available card as a substitute.

Pros: Really great that there is a washing machine on the balcony. The electric is charged seperately but the price is fair. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious with all the kitchen amenities. Would happily stay again !
