Great overall

Pros: The location was great. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: I was quoted different prices for having breakfast at the adjoining hotel Patong Mansions. One staff member quoted 100 baht and another quoted 200 baht which was confusing.

Quiet and well-priced.

Pros: Quiet location and fairly close to walking street and were able to sleep very well. Price for the room was very reasonable. Room was clean and cleaners did a good job. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Excellent value for money, great quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and serviced regularly. I visit Thailand often and can honestly say that this place is great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great apartment stay

Pros: Great location, very clean and nicely maintained room with balcony. Great bathroom. Lovely breakfast in hotel over the road and great quality massage from place on ground floor.

Cons: Balcony view wasn’t great (looked directly on to residents balcony) but the resident was lovely.

Pros: I wish we could stay here longer :) The room was clean, comfy and they provided enough towels. The location is okay, 10-15 min walk to the beach. I recommend staying here!

Pros: We never had a breakfast but if you want to have a breakfast, you need to go to Patong Mansion Hotel, same for to pick up the keys for the accommodation. Location is not very bad, it is 20 min walk to the beach.

Cons: When you open night time the windows, was strait coming smell from the sewage outside and the smell was so strong, we needed to keep the windows and the doors shut all the time.
